This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU or Agreement) is entered into jointly by the following parties: the United States Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS), North Cascades National Park Service Complex, National Park Service (NPS); the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service, Mt. Baker/Snoqualmie and Okanogan/Wenatchee National Forests, (USFS); and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW). The NPS, FWS, USFS, and WDFW are together referred to in this MOU as the Parties, and individually may be referred to as a Party.
