This First Amendment is entered into by and between the County of Santa Clara (the “County”) and the City of San José (the “City”), individually, a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties,” to provide outreach to tenants and landlords on the eviction mortarium, State of California (“CA”) COVID-19 Rental Assistance program and provide eviction prevention resources and information about other rental housing laws and resources.
