THIS AGREEMENT is entered pursuant to ORS Chapter 190 (intergovernmental cooperation), by and between Grants Pass School District No. 7 (“District”), an Oregon school district, and Josephine County, Oregon (“County”), a subdivision of the State of Oregon (collectively, the “Parties”). The purpose of this Agreement is to establish an educational plan for children residing at the Josephine County Youth Shelter in accordance with ORS 336.580 et seq.
