These Terms of Sale constitute a binding agreement between the Wholesale Customer and Formulite Pty Ltd (ABN 57 987 725 260) (“Formulite”) and apply to the ordering, purchase, fulfilment and delivery of Formulite products (“Products”) from formulite.com.au (the “Website”) on a wholesale basis. By placing an order for Products from Formulite the Wholesale Customer agrees to these Terms of Sale.
