In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Armstrong Flight Research Center, located at P.O. Box 273, Edwards, CA 93523 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA AFRC") and Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES), located at 1111 RELLIS Parkway, Bryan, TX 77807-0000 (hereinafter referred to as "TEES"). NASA and TEES may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties”.
