This Agreement is made on this day of November 2018 by and between the City of Holland, a Michigan municipal corporation of 270 S. River Avenue, Holland, MI 49423 (“City”) and the ODC Network, a Michigan nonprofit corporation of 4214 56th Street Holland, MI 49423 (“ODC”). The City and the ODC are collectively referred to as the “Parties” or each separately referred to as a “Party” (as the case may be).
