Box 14184, Orange, California 92863-1584 (hereinafter referred to as “AUTHORITY”), and the Southern California Regional Rail Authority, 900 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 1500, Los Angeles, California 90017, a joint powers authority (hereinafter referred to as “SCRRA”), which are individually referred to as “Party”, and collectively referred to as “Parties”.
