By ticking the box on my registration, I agree that I have read and understand this Rental Agreement and the Garden Policies and Procedures - 2020 and intend to abide by these. I understand that the Garden Committee, WSCRCA, and the City of Calgary as owner of the land are not responsible for my actions. I therefore agree to hold harmless the Garden Committee, WSCRCA and the City of Calgary for any liability, damage, loss or claim that occurs in connection with use of the West Springs/Cougar Ridge Community Hub & Garden by me or my guests.
