This license agreement constitutes a legally valid agreement on the use of software concluded between you, the end user, both personally and as an authorised representative of your company which has been granted the right to use the software (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Licensee’), and neurocat GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Licensor’ or ‘neurocat’), which covers the use of neurocat software for test purposes (demo version). YOU PROVIDE YOUR CONSENT TO THIS AGREEMENT WHEN REGISTERING ON THE LICENSOR’S WEBSITE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THESE LICENSE TERMS AND THE SPECIFIED LICENSE TERMS FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS (SECTION IV., 4.2) IN FULL WITHOUT LIMITATION.
