THIS AGREEMENT is made between the Board of County Commissioners for Ouray County, Colorado, whose address is 514 4th Street, Ouray, Colorado 81427 (also referred to hereinafter as “County”) and Clearnetworx, LLC, whose address is P.O. Box 1809, Montrose, CO 81402 (also referred to hereinafter as “Contractor”) for the purpose of providing Fiber Optic Internet Access and Voice Services to the County facilities.
