INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTInterlocal Agreement • June 17th, 2021
This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and entered into by the City of Euless, Texas, a home rule municipal corporation, (“Euless”) and the City of Bedford, Texas, a home rule municipal corporation, (“Bedford”) each acting by and through its duly appointed and authorized city manager. Euless and Bedford may hereafter be referred to individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
