The Mundelein Park and Recreation District (the “District”) agrees to lend the item(s) described below (collectively, the “Item”) from the Mundelein Heritage Museum, which the District owns and operates (the “Museum”), to the Borrower defined below for the sole purpose of Borrower exhibiting the Item, subject to the provisions of this Outgoing Loan Agreement, including the policies, instructions, terms, and conditions on the reverse of this Outgoing Loan Agreement.
