, 2019 by and between the Ballou Channing District of the Unitarian Universalist Association, Incorporated, a Massachusetts non-profit corporation under Chapter 180 of the Massachusetts General Laws (“Ballou Channing”), and the Unitarian Universalist Association, a Massachusetts non-profit corporation under Chapter 180 of the Massachusetts General Laws (the “UUA”). Ballou Channing and the UUA shall each be referred to hereinafter as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
