Owner and Tenant are sometimes referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”. shall be the Tenant ’s Third-Party Beneficiary, (“3rd Party Beneficiary”), which shall assume certain rights, responsibilities, and liabilities set forth in Sections below.
