This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective this 13th day of May, 2020, by and between the Board of Trustees of the San Mateo County Community College District (referred to as either the “District” or the “Board”, as appropriate) and Michael Claire (referred to as either the “Chancellor” or the “Employee”).
