This Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a binding agreement between [INSERT CLIENT ENTITY], (hereinafter, “Licensee”) and [INSERT AECOM ENTITY], (hereinafter, “AECOM”) and sets forth the terms and conditions under which the PipeInsightsTM application and other related Services may be accessed.
