If more than one resident signs this lease, each resident is responsible individually and together for the full rent payment and all other utilities and fees. For example, if one resident moves out, Landlord can make the remaining Residents responsible to pay the full rent and utilities. It also means Landlord can sue either Resident for breaking the Lease.
