This First Amendment (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between the Dallas College (“Dallas College” or “College”) and Garland Independent School District (the “ISD”), a Texas secondary education high school, on behalf of Garland High School Early College High School (“High School”). The College and the ISD may hereafter be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
