These General Terms and Conditions, together with any Work Authorization, as defined below, and applicable Hosting Terms and Conditions (located at https://itx.com/resources/hosting-terms-and- conditions/), which are incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) for the delivery of software development and related services (the “Services”) by and between ITX and CLIENT (each individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
