This First Amendment is made and entered into on the 1st day of October, 2023 to that Host Community Agreement by and between the City of Boston (the “City” or “Boston”) and Silver Therapeutics Inc.. (the “Company”) (the “City” and the “Company” are collectively the “Parties”).
