These American Medical Association (“AMA”) Supplemental License Terms, as amended from time to time (“AMA Supplemental Terms”), constitute the supplemental license terms of the AMA, as a third party vendor to Eyefinity, Inc., an intended third party beneficiary of the End User License Agreement (“License Agreement”) between Customer and Eyefinity. These AMA Supplemental Terms, together with all supplemental terms and exhibits found on www.eyefinity.com/licensingexhibits.html, are hereby incorporated into the License Agreement for all of Eyefinity’s cloud based practice products, including EyefinityEHR, EyefinityPM, Acuity Logic, ExamWRITER, and Eyecon (“Eyefinity Product(s)”), without need for further action.
