This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the County of Orange, an entity that had participated in the Low Income Health Program (“LIHP”) as part of California’s Bridge to Reform section 1115(a) Medicaid Demonstration, hereinafter referred to as “Participating Entity” and the County of Los Angeles, hereinafter referred to as “Host County.”
