This Zelle Network® Services Agreement Addendum (“Agreement”) and the PlainsCapital Bank Deposit Account Agreement and Services Disclosure applicable to your deposit account (the “Deposit Agreement”) contain the terms and conditions that govern your use of the optional Zelle® Service (as defined herein) that we offer as part of the Bank’s Electronic Banking services. You understand and agree that your use of the Zelle Service described herein is subject to the specific terms and conditions of this Agreement, together with the Deposit Agreement and any separately provided specific terms and conditions governing your account as amended from time to time. In the case of inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and those of the Deposit Agreement or any separately provided specific terms and conditions governing your account, the terms of this Agreement shall control with respect to your use of the Zelle Service.
