The following information, terms and conditions are provided to you regarding your subscription to Advanced Phone services. These are in addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the Advanced Cable Communications Subscriber Agreement (“Subscriber Agreement") with Advanced Cable Communications (“ACC”, “we,” “us,” “our”) for Advanced Cable Communications’ Voice over Internet Protocol Services (together with related 911/E911 and other services, “Advanced Phone”). The Subscriber Agreement incorporates any then-current pricing guide on www.advancedcable.net.
