The evaluation of the Norway PCA (Norway-FAO Programme Cooperation Agreement 2005-06 with an extension in 2007) produced sixteen substantive recommendations. Additionally, the evaluation document provides a wealth of ideas and advice on each of the eleven work streams identified in the Norway PCA as “objectives” for the agreement. Presented below is the management response to these sixteen substantive recommendations that will help shape and guide the implementation of the new programme cooperation agreement currently in force. No attempt is made to address the many welcome suggestions contained throughout the text of the evaluation.
