The Tenant agrees to procure and keep in effect during the term hereof, public liability and property damage insurance in the sum of $500,000.00 as a combined single limit for bodily injury claims resulting from any one occurrence. The Tenant shall be responsible for all property damage caused by tenant. The Tenant is responsible for providing or ensuring that all participants staff and volunteers are covered by health and accident insurance.
