This Testing Staff Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all testing staffadministering an in-school test in the SAT® Suite of Assessments, which includes SAT School Day, PSAT/NMSQT®, PSAT™ 10, and PSAT™ 8/9 ("Assessment").Each administration of an Assessment constitutes a “Test Administration.” Testing Staff includes, without limitation, test coordinators, proctors, monitors, technical support staff, and other staff (“Testing htaff” or “you”), acting on behalf of the school.
