This Second Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) (“Second Amendment”) is entered into between OCII and the City, acting through the San Francisco Planning Department (“Planning Department”) (collectively, the “Parties”) to extend the MOU for the period of two fiscal years commencing July 1, 2016 and terminating June 30, 2018 unless earlier terminated or extended in accordance with the provisions herein.
