This agreement made as of the 1st day of November, 2006, by and between Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (hereinafter called the Authority) and the Transport Workers Union of America, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor and the Congress of Industrial Organizations, and Trans- port Workers Union of Philadelphia, Local 234 (hereinafter called the "Union"), as the exclusive represen- tatives of all full-time and part-time operators, attendants, mechanics, and other maintenance employees employed by the Authority in connection with its Trenton-Philadelphia Coach operations using buses less than thirty-two (32) feet in length and vans; e.g., Philadelphia Phlash, Shared Ride, Paratransit and airport service (hereinafter called the "Unit") for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of work, and other conditions of employment.
