This Agreement for Construction Services (the “Construction Contract” or “Contract”) is made and entered into this day by and between Travis County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (the “County”) and Bennett Paving, Inc. (the “Contractor”) and will be binding upon their respective executors, administrators, heirs, successors, and assigns. The Contractor and the County are sometimes referred to as the “Parties.”
