The primary obligation of the provider under the Agreement is to make its software accessible to the online customer as a service. The customer is granted permission to use this program, taking into account a set of restrictions and prohibitions that can be amended on a case-by-case basis. The service provider may also be obliged to provide support services and to ensure that it complies with certain requirements in relation to the maintenance of the programme (e.g. notice requirements). The data provided by the customer is the property of the customer, and to the extent that such data is personal data, it is subject to the standard data processing requirement appropriate for the general product of data protection. Customer data may be selected to be confidential. In the case of the pledge to provide the services, the customer agrees to pay the relevant fees to the service provider and to ensure that customer data does not make any obligations on the part of the service provider.
