(hereinafter “this Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2017 (“Option Agreement Effective Date”), by and between Kittitas County, a political subdivision of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to as the “County”) and Craig and Nancy Schnebly, husband and wife (hereinafter referred to as “Optionees” or “Schnebly”). The County and Optionees are referred herein collectively as the “Parties”).
