This First Amended and Renamed Silo Mills Development Agreement (this “Agreement”) is executed between Silo Mills Investment I LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Developer”), Silo Mills Investment II LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“SMI II”), Silo Mills Investment III LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“SMI III”), Silo Mills Investment IV LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“SMI IV” and together with SMI II and SMI III, the “Landowners”), the Joshua Farms Municipal Management District No. 2 (the “Joshua Farms MMD 2” or the “District”) and the City of Burleson, Texas (the “City”), to be effective on the Effective Date.
