(Contractor/Renter/User) (hereinafter, the “Undersigned”) will be engaging in certain activities on, visiting or occupying property owned, leased or controlled by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester or one of its affiliated entities, including Parishes, Schools and Cemeteries, known as CHURCH OF THE ASSUMPTION (collectively, the “Owner”) and/or at another location with the permission of the Owner (collectively, the “Activities”).
