This Agreement is between the person or entity agreeing to these terms (“Customer” or “You”) and DataStax, Inc., (“DataStax”) a Delaware corporation, and includes these Apache Cassandra NoSQL on AWS Terms, and any terms expressly incorporated herein by reference. This Agreement is effective as of the earliest date on which Customer accepts this Agreement.
