This Document is between The Root Cause and you (together the Parties and each a Party). The Root Cause has developed the Program which is designed to educate children and parents about healthy eating. The Root Cause agrees to provide you with the training to become a Certified Instructor, and to provide you with a licence to use the Program in order to teach the Program, on the terms and conditions in this Document.
