THIS RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT ("ROE") is made effective as of the day of , 2014 (“Effective Date”) by and between the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY, an independent authority of the District of Columbia (“DC Water”) and DC Beekeepers Alliance, (“Beekeepers”). The DC Water and Beekeepers are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as “Parties”.
