AVIATION AUTHORITY, a public body corporate existing under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”), and CITY OF TAMPA, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida and authorized to conduct business in the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as the “Party” or “Parties”).
