DBA MorphoTrust USA LLC having its principal place of business at 5705 West Old Shakopee Road, Suite 100, Bloomington, MN 55437 (referred as “Contractor”), and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, with a place of business at 320 N. Flower St., Santa Ana, CA 92703 (referred to as “County”) which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
