This Subordinate Contract MA-060-12011305 (this “Contract”) is made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures between Identix, Inc., MorphoTrust USA, Inc. DBA MorphoTrust USA LLC having its principal place of business at 5705 West Old Shakopee Road, Suite 100, Bloomington, MN 55437 (referred as “Contractor”), and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, with a place of business at 320 N. Flower St., Santa Ana, CA 92703 (referred to as “County”) which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
