THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 9th day of September 2008 , by and between the CITY OF OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS, hereinafter referred to as City, and ACE JANITORIAL, INC., hereinafter referred to as Contractor. It is the intention of the City to use the services of Contractor to provide janitorial services for City facilities as outlined in this Agreement.
