THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of 20 , by and among the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas (hereinafter “County"); the cities of (hereinafter the "Cities"); the fire districts of (hereinafter the “Fire Districts”); and the Johnson County Fire and Emergency Services Chiefs Association (hereinafter the “Chiefs Association”), each Party duly having been organized and now existing under the laws of the State of Kansas.
