This Municipal Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this day of February 2022 by and between the City of Bastrop, Texas, a home rule municipality of the State of Texas (“City”), and Bastrop Colorado Bend, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Owner”). In this Agreement, City and Owner are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
