This Agreement entered into this 14th day of September, 2010, by and between the City of Wichita, Kansas, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called “CITY”, and Cotton & Pittman Law Office, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”, for the purpose of providing legal services to qualified indigent defendants appearing before the Municipal Court of Wichita, Kansas.
