This DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT (hereafter referred to as “Contract”) is made and entered into by and between the City of San Antonio, a Texas municipal corporation (hereafter referred to as “City” or “City”) and , with its principal place of business at (hereafter referred to as “Design-Builder”).
