This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) outlines the mutually agreed upon elements of the high-intensity partnershipcontractual relationship between the United Way of Dane County (UWDC), Journey Mental Health Center (JMHC), and each of the respective individual participating school districts identified as Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD), Middleton Cross Plains Area School District (MCPASD), Oregon School District (OSD), and the Sun Prairie Area School District (SPASD), and the intergovernmental agreement between the participating school districts, that carries out the Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS).
