This Business Online and Mobile Banking Agreement and Disclosure (“Agreement”) is made by and between New Mexico Bank & Trust and the “Customer” identified on the online banking enrollment form. The Bank and Customer shall also be referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.” The terms “we, “us,” “our” and “Bank” refer to HTLF Bank and the terms “you” and “your” refer to the Customer. By accepting this Agreement and by using this Service(s), and/or authorizing others to do so on your behalf, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is in addition to the other agreements, including but not limited to your Business Deposit Account Agreement & Disclosure, between you and the Bank.
