This ACX Audiobook License and Distribution Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you, or the company or entity you represent, if you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or entity (“you”), and Audible, Inc. (“Audible”, “we” or “us”) and is effective as of the date of Audible’s signature on the signature page to this Agreement (“Effective Date”). It sets forth the terms you agree to when you (a) produce an audiobook based on a book for which you own or control audio rights (any book such, a “Book”), and (b) grant Audible distribution rights to that audiobook through the audiobook production service and rights marketplace available at www.acx.com (“ACX”).
