THIS Garden In A Box Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this 27th day of January 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Boulder Energy Conservation Center d/b/a the Center for ReSource Conservation ( “CRC”), a Colorado non-profit corporation, and the City of Fort Collins (“Fort Collins”), a Colorado municipal corporation, individually referred to as a “Party,” or collectively as “Parties.”
