Thank you for choosing to establish an Endowed Fund with the Catholic Foundations of South Louisiana (“The Foundation”). The Foundation has established an endowment program to allow various Diocesan parishes, schools ministries or programs in the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux to establish permanent endowments for their future long-term needs and other designated purposes. The first step in opening such a fund is completing this agreement and delivering it to The Foundation, along with your contribution.
