This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on May 14, 2018, by and among Settlement Class Representatives (as defined in Paragraph 28), for themselves and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined in Paragraphs 26 and 27), and Lincare Holdings Inc.
